In life, we meet many people
who, when they are in an ordinary position, treat everyone with kindness and respect.
But then time changes,
circumstances change,
they gain a little power, money, position, or recognition—
and suddenly, their behavior begins to change.
The person who once asked others for help
now considers someone else’s needs insignificant.
The person who once waited for respect
now forgets how to respect others.
But is that what it truly means to become successful or powerful?
đą True greatness is not about putting others down after gaining power; it is about continuing to respect others even when you have the power to do otherwise.
Because a chair, position, money, or authority—
none of these things create a person’s character.
They simply reveal the character
that was already hidden within.
How you treat someone
who can do absolutely nothing for you—
that is your true identity.
How you treat the people who work under you,
those who may not be your equals in position—
that is the real test of your humanity.
And how you treat someone
from whom you have nothing to gain—
that is where the true value of your character is revealed. ❤️

Power does not make a person great;
remaining humble even when you have
power is what truly makes a person great.
The position you hold today
may not be yours tomorrow.
But the respect you leave behind
in people’s hearts can last much longer.
✨ So become successful in such a way
that before people respect your position,
they learn to respect the person you are.
